Products dimensions given are in centimetres and are approximate due to the nature of the processes we use. Please note that we may alter specifications of our products from time to time. Any changes will be notified on this website. Each product is handmade and therefore unique. No two pieces will be identical. Patterns and colours may vary. The reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow and glass colours can vary from batch to batch. Whilst every effort has been made to portray items accurately, no liability is accepted for any perceived variations between website depiction and actual product.
Our glass can be cleaned by wiping with a damp cloth, or by using a duster with regular glass cleaner.
Prices are correct at the time of publishing and include VAT where applicable.
It may be necessary to change prices from time to time, including any changes to the rate of VAT. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.
Products may be bought from us through our online secure e-commerce shop. Please go to the ‘Shop’ section of the website, and follow the on screen instructions to purchase items. Payment is due at the point of order and the order becomes binding when accepted by us.

All of our products are made individually to order and therefore lead times vary. Lead times for each product are shown within the individual product description. We normally dispatch goods within these lead times, however please note that as all products are hand-made and demand varies depending on the time of year this may be extended. Please order well in advance if you require delivery for a specific date.
All items in a single order will be dispatched together and therefore the item with the longest lead time will dictate the delivery date of all items.
Free delivery to the UK mainland. For Northern Ireland, Scilly isles, Channel Isles and Scottish Highlands and Islands supplementary charges may apply. Due to the varying costs of dispatching products worldwide, we request that all overseas customers contact us directly for a quotation for delivering your items.
All goods are delivered by a courier and Royal Mail services. These services require a signature for receipt of goods. We recommend that your delivery address is at a place where someone can sign for receipt of the goods.
We recommend that all of our lighting products are installed by a qualified electrician.
Wall panels must be installed into sound walls and using the correct fixings applicable for the surface / wall construction type. Please contact a professional joiner or builder for advise and installation. Morpheus Glass will not be held responsible for any problems encountered in installing your goods.
All products are made to the customers specification and therefore ‘personalised’ as recognised by The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. As such it is not possible to return products unless faulty.You have the right to amend or cancel your order within 48 hours after the acknowledgement of order has been sent. We reserve the right to charge 100% of the cost of the product should cancellation occur after 48 hours.
If a product arrives damaged or a mistake has been made with an order, we will repair or replace (at our discretion) the product at no additional expense to the customer. We accept no liability for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or for any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that are caused by any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check products carefully and report any problems within 48 hours from receipt of goods. No liability will be taken for visible defects identified after having received a signed acceptance of delivery.

Any contract created as a result of using this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
